Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At gokartadventures.com, operated from Nassau, The Bahamas, we aim to deliver a safe, exciting, and well-organized experience. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are handled.

By making a booking, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment. A confirmation email or message will be sent with your booking details.

2. Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 48 hours before the scheduled time: Full refund
  • 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled time: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before the scheduled time: No refund

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive at your scheduled time will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking at no additional cost if requested at least 24 hours in advance. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

5. Late Arrival

Late arrivals may result in reduced ride time or cancellation without refund, depending on operational capacity.

6. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to:

  • unsafe weather conditions
  • equipment or technical issues
  • safety or operational concerns
In such cases, customers will be offered either a full refund or an option to reschedule.

7. Safety & Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service without refund if a participant:

  • appears intoxicated or under the influence
  • fails to follow safety instructions
  • poses a risk to themselves, staff, or other participants

8. Weather Conditions

Light rain or mild conditions may not result in cancellation. Only severe or unsafe weather conditions will qualify for rescheduling or refunds at our discretion.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
