Liability Waiver

Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

This Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all participants engaging in activities provided by gokartadventures.com, operated in Nassau, The Bahamas.

By participating in any activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver.

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I understand that go karting and related adventure activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • collisions and accidents
  • loss of control of vehicle
  • injury caused by terrain or environmental conditions
  • mechanical failure
  • actions of other participants

I voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation.

2. Assumption of Responsibility

I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the activity and will follow all safety instructions provided by staff.

3. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge gokartadventures.com, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.

I agree that participation is entirely at my own risk.

4. Safety Rules Compliance

  • I will follow all instructions provided by staff
  • I will wear all required safety equipment
  • I will not engage in reckless or unsafe behavior

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

5. Medical Fitness

I confirm that I have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own health and well-being.

6. Alcohol & Substance Policy

Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused service without refund.

7. Damage Responsibility

I accept responsibility for any damage caused to equipment due to negligence or misuse.

8. Minors

If the participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept this waiver on their behalf.

9. Photography & Media

I grant permission for photos or videos taken during activities to be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless I request otherwise in writing.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of The Bahamas.

11. Agreement

By booking or participating in our activities, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Liability Waiver.
